Uses: This product is an organic solvent with excellent performance. It is widely used due to its fast dissolving speed and good penetration and diffusion on the surface and inside of the resin. As a common solvent, tetrahydrofuran has been widely used in surface coatings, protective coatings, inks, extractants and surface treatment of artificial leather. Tetrahydrofuran is an important raw material for the production of polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMEEG). It is used as a solvent for natural and synthetic resins (especially vinyl resins), and is also used in the production of butadiene, adiponitrile, adipic acid, hexamethylene diamine, etc. This product is also an intermediate in organic synthesis such as drugs.
